You should feel free to call us if you do not receive a response within that time frame.

In order to comply with our ethical obligations, we need to be sure that we not undertake any new clients whose interests may conflict with those of our current clients. Therefore, you should take care not to reveal sensitive or confidential information in your e-mail until we have been able to review your circumstances for possible conflicts.
